This magnificent home completed May 2008 with eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms is located in beautiful Frangista Beach, Destin. The Mediterranean style home has 4200 square feet of living space, 600 square feet of decks and private pool. Access to the private beach is just a one minute walk.
The first floor is a wonderful open gathering area with coffered ceilings, custom murals, ample seating and a 42 inch large flat screen TV. The kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and Viking stainless steel appliances. The dinning room and breakfast bar have ample seating for meals and games. This floor also has a master queen suite, a custom built bunk room which sleeps 3 and a game room with pool table.
The second floor has two beautiful balconies, 3 bedrooms and a media room with large flat screen TV.
The third floor is comprised of two opulent king masters with private baths. The third room is a custom built bunk room which sleeps 4.
